Nub Bot Terms of Service

Effective Date

These terms of service are effective as of 9 September 2024, and applies to all users of Nub Bot.

Introduction

These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for using Nub Bot and its service(s).

Definitions

• "Developer", "we" and "us" refer to NB Development, the team that developed and manages Nub Bot.
• "User", "users", "you" and "your" refer to anyone who uses Nub Bot.
• "Service" refers to the functionality/functionalities provided by Nub Bot.

It is to be noted that the terms defined here are case-insensitive.

Bot Usage

a. Permitted Use

• Personal Use: You may use Nub Bot for personal, non-commercial purpose(s), such as managing your Discord server or interacting with other user(s).
• Fair Use: You may use Nub Bot for fair use purpose(s), such as testing, evaluating or demonstrating Nub Bot's service.

b. Prohibited Use

• Commercial Use: You may not use Nub Bot for commercial purpose(s), such as advertising, selling or promoting product(s) or other service(s).
• Malicious Use: You may not use Nub Bot to harm, harass or exploit anyone, or to engage in illegal or unauthorized activity/activities.
• Spamming or Phishing: You may not use Nub Bot to send spam, phishing or unsolicited message(s) to anyone.

Content Guidelines

You agree to comply with the following content guidelines:

• Discord Community Guidelines: You must comply with Discord's community guidelines and terms of service.
• Appropriate Content: You may not use Nub Bot to share inappropriate, offensive or illegal content.
• Respect Others: You must respect other users and refrain from harassing, bullying or exploiting them.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, feature(s) and functionality/functionalities are and will remain the exclusive property of the Developer. The software is provided under a specific use license, hence any unauthorized use may be a violation of copyright and other law(s).

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damage(s), including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damage(s), arising out of the use or inability to use Nub Bot.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Nub Bot at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms of service.

Governing Law

These terms of service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Developer, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

a. Changes to Nub Bot

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

b. Changes to these Terms of Service

• We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be incorporated on this page, and users will be notified through Nub Bot's official discord server. You are advised to review this page periodically for any change(s).
